Cette mention l\u00e9gale masque les montants num\u00e9riques sur les documents qui voyagent avec la marchandise, garantissant une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 commerciale totale vis-\u00e0-vis de votre client final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading title has-text-primary is-size-3-desktop is-size-4-touch\">Douane et conformit\u00e9 douani\u00e8re : L\u2019importance cruciale du Code SH (HS Code)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph has-text-justified\">Le passage des fronti\u00e8res (en dehors de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne) implique des formalit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res strictes. Pour \u00e9viter les blocages en douane \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e et les litiges de tarification, chaque produit doit \u00eatre correctement classifi\u00e9 selon son <strong>Code SH (Harmonized System)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph has-text-justified\">Par exemple, les processeurs de signal, les appareils de traitement audio analogiques de studio ou le mat\u00e9riel \u00e9lectronique de haute technologie entrent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les cat\u00e9gories douani\u00e8res <strong>8543.70<\/strong> ou <strong>8519<\/strong>. Attention aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de certains pays hors-UE (comme les pays de l\u2019Union \u00c9conomique Eurasiatique, dont le Kazakhstan) : les marchandises n\u2019y sont pas automatiquement exon\u00e9r\u00e9es de taxes. Des droits de douane locaux (souvent compris entre 8% et 13%) coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 la TVA nationale s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 l\u2019importation.
